We purchased our first home in Ormond Beach with Laura via lots of Videos and once again we choose her again for another property in Ormond Beach. This time we had her running around all of Volusia County looking at homes until we found our new place. Laura was very patient!! Had good advise and was very diligent. Her kind heart ❤️ and love for her job was always a plus. Her customer service and knowledge keeps us feeling safe in the process of purchasing a home. I would like to give my realtor the credit and accolades she deserves. She is the most dedicated and honest person I have ever dealt with. Her dedication to her customers is beyond approach. We recently purchased a new home. Our realtor Jamie Devine went above and beyond for us to ensure the whole process went smoothly. From selling our home and finding the one meant for us he did an exceptional job. I will say we were disappointed with the attitude of an employee at adams title company , while we recognize they may have faced some challenges that really shouldn't be the reason one forgets customer service . We do not hold this against the entire company we would definitely use them again if need be.

Kathy Johnston us the best realtor! She made the entire process of buying a home go smoothly. Kathy is helpful above and beyond her realtor duties. She goes the extra mile to ensure that everything is done the right way. She recommends contractors, insurance companies and everything in between. She had the patience of a saint in dealing with the buyer, while keeping me sane during some very frustrating negotiations. The buyer kept changing the rules of the game, demanding additional concessions after we thought there was an agreement, changing sales restrictions after contracts were submitted and then rejecting a signed sales contract, and otherwise being extremely difficult. I don’t know how she put up with it.

She was a joy to work with. Always helpful, thoughtful, sincere, we felt like she was more a friend than a realtor and she always had our best interest in mind. We have been contacted by many realtors since we started looking for a home, but she was by far the best in every aspect. We can't recommend her enough.We were searching for a house from a different city, some 200 miles away, so she was our eyes throughout the entire process. She would go look at a house, a neighborhood, take pictures, video.
