Frank was great! He was consistent and helpful throughout the process. He was patient as we looked at many, many homes. We actually worked with Frank for almost 2 years because we had to sell a house and get some things in line before purchasing, but he stuck through it all.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with both of the Adams Cameron agents that represented us in the sale of our condo. They were both well seasoned professionals, very experienced in the entire process as well as market conditions and were also well connected potential buyers in our area. They helped us set a realistic selling price in today's dynamic market and delivered a qualified buyer within two weeks. They handled the negotiation process efficiently and effectively and secured for us a price and terms that we considered very favorable. Because our buyers turned out to be difficult and demanding individuals our realtor team was able to act as a welcomed intermediary and screened us at times from unnecessary and unsettling interactions. Next time we are in the market to buy or sell a property we would seek out these folks again to represent us in any transaction.

Realtor Ruby Tavakoli was one of the best realtors I've have ever had the pleasure to work with. Ruby is a top notch professional. She handled every aspect of my home purchase in a prompt professional manner. Because I was an out of state buyer she provided me with email home listings weeks before I arrived in Florida. She responded promptly to show me homes even when I gave her very little notice. She provided assistance and recommendations with home inspectors local to the area. She worked late hours to ensure that purchase offers were promptly processed. Ruby was even able to get the Adams, Cameron & Co. office open well past closing hours in order to complete paperwork and complete the purchase agreement.
